Application
Makuri is a true technology company focused on developing and applying new and proprietary processes to allow for continuous innovation and improvement in mining and process wear applications. Our focus is on the forgotten front end of the process plant, specialising in everything from the ROM pad thru to the SAG mill feed chute.
We believe that the mining industry has a real need for high-performance wear parts that can not only significantly reduce TCO but also increase mining sustainability, and that’s what we care about.

Inspections and audits when both in operational and non-operational condition
Laser scanning benchmarking and predictive wear analysis
Independent and ongoing wearing testing of new to old products for benchmarking and modelling input purposes
Crusher cavity profile wear, tpoh and PSD simulation using Makuri proprietary models
Process Information (PI) data analysis before, during and after testing and trialling of new products and for continuous improvement
