Jaw Crusher Liner Lifting Device

Makuri has developed a safer way to lift Jaw Crusher Liner

The Makuri jaw liner lifter is designed to lift the jaws used at Kamoto on the B3 Arbed, B4 Ibag and IPC Sandvik crushers, with a Working Load Limit (WLL) of 3.5 tonnes. Lifting is performed via the cast-in holes on Makuri liners only and is not suitable for use with non-Makuri products.

The lifting pin is inserted into the jaw at 90 degrees to the jaw axis, and once turned locates inside the cast-in slot in the jaw. Lifting is performed via the cast-in holes on Makuri liners only and is not suitable for use with non-Makuri products.

The lifter assembly is designed to lift jaw liners in and out of the crusher, allowing the liners to hang from  the assembly at approximately the same angle as the jaw face.
